Dandan Qi has lived just like a character in “THE MAN IN ACASE” for the past years. Now, she will live in a totally different way.


Research Interests

Chemical components are the foundation of food (i.e. royal jelly) and beverage quality, various composition and content of which enrich our taste in different ways. Here’s the question, how is regulated? What can we do if we want to get better flavor or taste? To get a deeper knowledge, I am dedicated to the study of flavor variation among royal jelly and underlying mechanism.
